Solid-wood furniture made in Cairo, finished by hand and delivered across Egypt.

In old Cairo, a carved wooden screen let a family watch the street, catch a breeze, and stay cool without being seen. Mashrabiya carries that idea indoors. Woven cane and pierced wood filter the light and let air through, so each piece feels open, cool, and a little private.
Browse by piece. Hover a room to see it come together.
Every piece starts as a pencil sketch and a full-size cardboard mock-up, sat on and argued over before any wood is cut.
We build in solid beech (zan) and pine (mosky), selecting boards for straight grain and even colour.
Mortise-and-tenon and dowelled joints, glued and clamped overnight. Frames that will outlast their fabric.
Three coats of hardwax oil or lacquer, sanded between each, then inspected under daylight lamps.

Guzoor means roots, and these tables take their shape from them. Round tops, soft curves, and ribbed bases let the grain run on without a corner to stop it. They loosen a room full of straight lines and keep the wood in plain view.

Nabd means pulse. A collection of TV units, buffets, and tables with slots, slats, and fine ribs that repeat in a steady rhythm.
“We make furniture the way we would want it in our own homes: honest wood, careful joints, nothing that needs explaining.”Tableiva workshop, Egypt
