About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update them; the version in force when you order applies.
Products and prices
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include 14% VAT. Wood is a natural material and grain and colour vary between pieces; this is not a defect. Screen colours are a guide.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm it by email or phone. We may decline an order, for example if a price was displayed in error, and will refund any payment in full.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment is received in full.
Cancellations and returns
See our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or business losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cairo.
