Most in-stock pieces arrive within 3–5 business days in Greater Cairo and Giza, and 5–10 business days elsewhere in Egypt. Made-to-order finishes add 2–3 weeks; your product page shows the estimate for your choice.
Yes, free of charge until your order is marked "Processing". After that, made-to-order pieces may carry a restocking fee. Contact us with your order number.
Not yet. We currently deliver to all Egyptian governorates.
Visa, Mastercard and Meeza cards, InstaPay (by payment link or QR code), and cash on delivery. Orders above EGP 5,000 need a 50% down payment by InstaPay or card before we start preparing them; the balance is paid on delivery.
Yes. All prices include 14% Egyptian VAT. Your receipt shows the VAT amount separately.
Frames, legs and tops are solid beech (zan) or pine (mosky). We use plywood (conter) for large panels and lacquered MDF only for painted doors and shelves.
Yes. Request up to five free swatches from any product page.
You have 30 days from delivery to return standard items in original condition. Made-to-order finishes and fabrics are final sale unless faulty.
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will repair, replace or refund — at no cost to you.
Dust with a dry cloth, wipe spills immediately and re-oil once or twice a year with the hardwax oil included with your order.
